The Dice Guild is a web application that simplifies organizing role-playing game sessions, allowing players to focus on what matters most: the game. As a Co-founder, I managed tasks, sorted, and prioritized them to ensure timely feature releases. Simultaneously, as the tech lead, I directed development and personally developed most of the features. Full-Stack Development: - Set up the application architecture. - Chose appropriate technologies. - Created the user interface with Next.js and TailwindCSS. - Designed and integrated new UX/UI elements. - Implemented custom animations. - Set up the back-end with Firebase. - Implemented advanced security rules. - Developed cloud functions. - Integrated Firebase Storage and Firebase Auth. - Used Next.js middleware. - Integrated with Discord and created a bot. - Transformed the application into a Progressive Web App (PWA). - Deployed the application to production. Advanced Features: - Custom calendar system and player calendar summaries. - Created a community and friends system. - Implemented push notifications and emails. - Set up multilingual support. Quality and Continuous Improvement: - Implemented unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Conducted code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. - Listened to customer feedback and made appropriate adjustments. Project Lead: - Presented the project at conventions. - Prioritized and sorted tasks.

Development of an internal application in React: - Migrated the authentication system to Firebase Auth. - Implemented new features. - Fixed bugs. - Onboarded new interns: supported and trained new team members. - Code reviews: actively participated in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability. Technical Watch: - Followed technological trends and shared knowledge with the team to keep expertise up-to-date. Participation in team hackathons (4-5 members): - Solved client issues: collaborated to find innovative solutions to client challenges. - Produced a POC in 72 hours: quickly developed a Proof of Concept (POC) to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions. - Presented the POC: presented results to clients and the jury.

Editing a back-office (React, LoopBack 4): - Added a new language to forms. - Fixed bugs. - Refactored code. - Migrated JavaScript code to TypeScript. - Wrote technical documentation.
