Nestlé Digital Service Unit – Vevey. 6 months mission December 2015 – September 2016 - Leading the Campaign Management Tool solution for Nestlé global Marketing team -Managing Change and Release activities for the tool with Integrator & change management team. - Managing Budgets & contracts with Vendor and partner, service review and Audit follow ups. - Engaging DSU on Relationships with markets, Solution Vendor and build providers. - Reworking Support Model, User Management Strategy, Budget Monitoring. - Reworking Team digital workplace on Sharepoint and Office 365. Project Manager Nestlé Digital Service Unit – Vevey. 6 months mission June 2016 – September 2016 - Taking ownership of the implementation of the new CMT solution within the digital program - - Personalized Consumer Experience for Nestlé market Purina US (pilot) and connectivity with Gigya System for CMS normalization. 500k CHF project size with external dev team and Industrialization of the deployment process model for further markets onboarding.
