Defined the product roadmap and a data-driven product vision, prioritizing the backlog (student profiles, teacher reporting, admin dashboards) and leveraging usage insights to optimize learning path personalization. Defined the go-to-market strategy, including B2B positioning, targeting tutoring organizations, local partnerships, and a multi-channel communication plan.
