Toyota Industrial Equipment NL is the exclusive distributor of industrial equipment for the Dutch market, with 150 employees and revenues of about €75 M. Accountable for 115 employees in procurement, inventory management, assembly & finishing, distribution, customer service, quality management and IT. P&L responsibility of €20 M for customer service. Further stabilized the organization, and initiated and delivered several operational excellence projects.

Joined the Coopers & Lybrand consulting organization as senior consultant learning SAP implementation (supply chain management, finance and business reporting) and core business consulting skills. Experienced the successful launch of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Delivered business solutions as functional consultant, and later on as solution architect and project manager. Major accomplishments: o Delivered an SAP supply chain management and maintenance solution for the world's leading expert in heavy lifting and transportation. Subsequently, led the roll-out to Germany, Belgium, and the UK. o Delivered an SAP supply chain management and maintenance solution for a transhipment company of iron ore. o Turned-around troubled business operations after a failed SAP implementation at the Dutch division of the largest Japanese supplier of material handling solutions

Led the supply chain management team at Voortman, a major player in the Dutch market of office furniture with approximately €20 M in revenues. Responsible for procurement, production planning, distribution, customer service, and key account management. Completed cost optimization project and ISO-9001 certification program.
