Opensee is an award-winning fintech company that provides financial institutions with real-time big-data analytics solutions. Product Owner of the "Core" team in charge of the Query Engine • Defined product vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing the development lifecycle for Opensee software with a team of six developers. • Prioritized features based on market insights and stakeholder feedback to align with business goals and drive growth. • Developed product specifications and user stories, ensuring clear guidance for the engineering team. • Led testing, deployment, and client training to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new features.

• Led a cross-functional team (5 BAs, 10 developers, on-site) to deliver a strategic regulatory risk & reporting platform, managing full product lifecycle from discovery to go-live and alignment with regulatory milestones. • Rolled out the solution Group-wide on time and in scope, enabling adoption across 8+ BNP entities and improving reporting accuracy, data reliability, and regulatory completeness. • Centralized and standardized previously siloed reporting workflows by unifying data into a single platform, reducing operational complexity and ensuring consistent regulatory submissions. • Defined product vision, OKRs, and roadmap; streamlined workflows and coordinated Compliance/Finance/Risk/IT stakeholders, resulting in measurable gains in delivery speed, data quality, and efficiency.

Project ZOUM / EDGAR – Accounting data quality and reconciliation initiative enhancing dataset reliability across Finance, Risk, and Accounting teams in line with BCBS 239 standards. • Led workshops with Finance, Risk, and Accounting teams to clarify needs and produce functional specifications (SFD) and user stories for improving accounting data quality. • Coordinated end-to-end testing and delivery (factory/UAT) with MOA/MOE teams, ensuring a smooth and reliable go-live of data quality and reconciliation enhancements. • Contributed to the migration of the third-party and securities reference data repository, supporting specifications, testing, and cutover to improve data consistency and integration.

Migration of regulatory reporting for BNP entities: • Defined business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans • Designed and implemented the new chart of accounts for migrated entities • Configured and deployed the reporting solution • Managed and coordinated the nearshore IT development team (Morocco) • Led testing phases, deployment, and end-user support
