Employer Branding & Internal Communication - Strengthening Employer Branding through strategic partnerships, multi-channel campaigns and the development of key assets such as the Employee Value Proposition (EVP). - Partnering with Marketing to increase brand visibility and engagement on LinkedIn and other digital platforms. - Designing and deploying internal communication initiatives to reinforce company culture, drive engagement and support talent retention.
