– Responsible for the development environment of the DevOps platform – Owner of the product – accountable for the product/changes/upgrades/Quality/Communications – Drive product roadmap and strategy to meet client requirements – Define and oversee product evolution, release and incident management processes to ensure quality, consistent approach and high operational performance – Validate user requirements and product implementation to ensure a consistent approach in the end to end CI/CD pipeline – Ensure high customer satisfaction by engaging with users in the developer community to promote best practice. – Accountable for the success of the product. – Agree, review and approve any changes done on the products – SPOC for the Product to liaise with the different Architecture/Security teams – Involved in the prioritisation of the changes, to ensure they are inline with Strategy, Architecture, etc – Will be part of the feature teams to contribute towards the feature delivery – Ensure the product documentation is complete – Lead the L3 support for the product when there are incidents/problems
