- Multi-contract tokenization architecture: designed and built a Phase 2 fund architecture splitting balancesheet logic across four dedicated contracts : EMT (cash/EMT token, ERC-20), TokenizedAssets (securities, ERC-20), TokenizedISIN (fund shares with an on-chain shareholder register), and a standalone Toolbox (financial calculation engine), replacing an earlier monolithic fund contract design. - Shareholder register & compliance: implemented TokenizedISIN on OpenZeppelin ERC20 + AccessControl + Pausable, tracking KYC/AML whitelist/blacklist status, cumulative amount invested, and first-entry timestamps for lock-up enforcement as a single source of truth consumed by other contracts. - Institutional finance engine: built a stateless Toolbox module covering straight-line depreciation for NEU CP instruments, a three-layer fee model (subscription/redemption, management/custody/admin, High-Water-Mark performance fees with hurdle rate), NAV-per-share calculation, and proportional portfolio rebalancing. - Regulatory-aligned business rules: encoded concentration limits, minimum liquidity ratios, lock-up periods, and qualifiedinvestor thresholds consistent with AMF, AIFMD, MiFID II, EMIR, and MMF Regulation, in direct collaboration with compliance stakeholders. - Security & governance: applied Checks-Effects-Interactions, role-based access control with a four-eyes/separation-of-duties model (distinct manager, fee-admin, compliance, and fund-authorized roles), ReentrancyGuard, and Pausable circuit breakers throughout the contract suite.
