In charge of the research and technical innovation of the Surface Radars Business Line. Contribute to the definition of the new products and services of surface radars, in charge of the relations with the eco-system (academic partners, SMEs, European partners in particular through the European Defense Fund projects, NATO STO -SET etc). In charge of the IP strategy.

Leading the establishment of common standards and guidance material required to support the development and the certification/approval of aeronautical safety-related products based on AI-technology.

Develops and implements the AI strategy in Thales Air Mobility Solutions (formerly, ATM: Air Traffic Management). Manages the Innovation in this field, in relation with product development and digital transformation. Creation of an AI team by recruiting data scientists, and managing them in relation with system and data architects, SW developers, product owners, etc. Transversal role in the Business Line, working in tight collaboration with the Technical Directorate, the Strategy, services, bids and technical teams. Creation of a AI-platform for showcasing all AI data-based algorithms and services. Takes active part in standardization activities and French and European projects related to AI in avionics. Animates the academic and start-up relations, together with the internal research and innovation ecosystem. 10+ patent applications for AI technologies in ATM.

Business model change for secure satellite communications. Contribution to the definition and implementation of the change, contacts with the clients and TCS management.

Scientific and operational leadership of 4 mixed teams of about 30 researchers from the two institutions, working on Ubiquity of Digital Media (video semantics, immersive interactions, multimodal and semantic services, business models, innovation, imaginary modeling).
