I’m an Economist, entrepreneur and business strategist with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of Tacos w Teshba3, I led all aspects of the business—crafting strategic plans, building the brand identity, and developing a robust business model in the restaurant management space. Before that, as Commercial Director at Egycoat, I boosted sales by 300% (2018-2020) over three years, generating over 100 million in sales, while securing over 9 million pounds in funding to fuel expansion, and managed the partial acquisition of the firm. With a Master’s in Economics from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor’s in Business Studies from Cape Breton University, I bring a blend of analytical rigor and practical business acumen to every challenge.
