Manager of a large Discord community, with over 5,000 active users. ▔ Among my tasks were ▔ ⦁ Set up the discord server for the community from the start. ⦁ Design the code of conduct. ⦁ Train moderators so that they can enforce the rules of coexistence. ⦁ Keep the server active, promoting activities, designing events, etc. ⦁ Being responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules of the platform, and reporting any improper actions by users. ⦁ Configure and Manage different bots to manage the server, as well as allow new features to the community. ▔ My experience in the position ▔ ⦁ Managing such a large Latin American community allowed me to deepen my soft skills to the fullest, due to the constant political/social/economic/religious debates that arose. ⦁ It was my first approach to the world of programming, since I had to learn to use JSON for the configuration and management of one of the bots. ⦁ I have met wonderful people in that community, many of whom I am still in touch with today. ⦁ I had to give up the post for personal projects, but it's definitely something I'd do again.

My job was to translate the most relevant news on the portal, from Spanish to English, so that the site is bilingual.
