- As a Data Engineer at ARGUS, I led the automation of a vehicle pricing prediction system integrated into the Largus.ma website using predefined statistical models. - As a data analyst at ARGUS, I worked on the VIN Decoder project, which involved matching chassis numbers from an automotive catalog to the ARGUS reference, and enriching the data on an internal repository. My responsibilities included using Python3, Pandas, text matching, and the API LaCoteArgus to complete this task.

- As a data analyst at ARGUS, I worked on the AIVAM Intelligence project for the Association of Automobile Vehicle Importers. My responsibilities included preprocessing textual big data (correcting and generating data, normalization, and filtering), creating a dynamic data visualization GUI and dashboard, modeling and integrating data into a relational database, and using data storytelling to analyze and communicate insights. I also conducted a comparative study on the evolution of clean (H/E) vs. fuel-based (D/E) car sales in Morocco since 2007. Some of the tools and technologies I used included Python, Pandas, Numpy, Anaconda_Jupyter_Notebook, MS Excel, MS Power BI, BVA, PostgreSQL, SQL, and Talend DI.

I utilized file formats handling, data extraction using Regex/flashText, robotic process automation (RPA), and web scraping to automate the process. I also contributed to web development.
