I joined YunoJuno (a B2B freelance talent marketplace) as a contractor in December 2021, later becoming a full-time member of the team. As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), I was heavily involved with solving key user pain-points surrounding the hiring process and matters of compliance for clients and freelancers, leading several large initiatives. Design tasks included interviewing stakeholders, benchmarking & research activities, ideation, prototyping, and delivery of production-ready UI assets. Significant contributions include the introduction of portfolios to freelancer profiles, a brief application tracker that allows freelancers to monitor their applications, and the implementation of design tokens to unify design decisions across product, marketing, and engineering teams.
