The team was made up of "2 VMware, Backup and Storage profiles, 2 AIX and Storage profiles" - Administer the vsphere 6.7 / 7.0 environment - Migrate the environment to 7.0 - Ensure Level 1, 2 and 3 administration of VMware environments (ESXi, Vcenter, etc.) in coordination with the operations team. - Ensuring the availability of and access to virtual machines. - Monitor and analyse performance and growth indicators. Capacity planning - Taking preventive action to ensure maximum availability of applications. The team was made up of 10 Windows system engineer profiles. My role within the Windows team is to : - Provide N2 and N3 support on Windows and VMware platforms. - Administer the Netbackup backup platform - Administer Windows and application servers. - Participate in application migration to the cloud. - Administer Active Directory, DNS. - Manage system and application doirts. - Automate actions on different environments. - Manage VMware platform and updates. - Apply security recommendations. My role within the management team is to : - Leader of the operational team - Manage the operational schedule and monitor the progress of the platform's activities, in particular technical and application deployments. - Ensures communication of planning to the customer and Production Technical Referents. - Ensures that the backlog of incidents, requests and changes is kept in line with objectives. - Ensures that all customer requests are processed within the contractual deadlines and in line with the planning commitments provided to the customer. - Assigns priorities to the resources at his disposal to process the backlog within the targets set.

My role within the team is to : - Ensure skills transfer for new scopes. - Draw up and distribute operating procedures. - Set up performance monitoring dashboards. - Automate production and operations. - Respond to incidents by analyzing, diagnosing and resolving them in compliance with SLAs. - Draw up technical documentation. - Dispatch requests, taking into account priorities and available resources. - Monitor activity by responding to customer requests on time. - Monitor activity by keeping track of statistics, reporting and minutes.

The team was made up of 3 backup administrator profiles, 3 SAN storage administrator profiles and 3 NAS storage profiles. My role within the team is to : - Maintain storage infrastructures in operational condition. - Optimize performance and availability - Follow up with the integrator in charge of maintenance and support. - Configure and administer Brocade 4800 and DCX switches. - Configure and administer IBM and HITACHI racks. - Administer Fabric OS system. - Resolve incidents and problems, ensure service continuity in compliance with SLAs. - Implement, configure and optimize Netbackup and Netvault backup plans, and manage media. - Set up and supervise archives in Arcsys. - Ensure disaster recovery plans. - Optimize time required for skills transfer. - Supervise infrastructure through recurring checks.

As well as being a functional expert, I joined the production engineering team for the mass-market perimeters, to take part in the management of system and application platforms. The team was made up of 3 production engineer profiles. My role within the team is to : - Resolve production-related incidents of severity 1 and 2. - Maintain the servers of the various sites in operational condition, in compliance with SLAs. - Manage production start-ups (MEP) and problems in line with ITIL principles. - Ensure system and application deployment and functional validation. - Draw up supervision instructions and forward them to level 1 support. - Monitor and intervene on the production plan for “failed feeds, data exports, database backup interventions”. - Relaunch KO processes and/or analyze blocked events and activate them according to defined procedures - Diagnose and report on incidents and operating anomalies - Launch and correct operating tasks - Participate in the development of collaborative solutions - Validate chain execution in test environment before switching to Production - Carry out exercises relating to Disaster Recovery Plans. - Set up the operations manual (start-up and service resumption procedures, etc.). - Automate tasks with crond.

As a Windows/Linux Systems Administrator, I joined the infrastructure and virtualization team, to help manage system and application platforms. The team was made up of 3 production engineers and 7 Windows system engineers. My role within the team is to : - Administration of Windows servers and the ESX virtualization environment. - Install, optimize and make reliable systems and applications, Active Directory domain management and creation of new resources and related rights. - Implement corrective actions for all IT environments (servers, infrastructure & applications). - Test the compatibility of new equipment likely to be connected to the network; - Plan any necessary upgrades or replacements to be made to the network or servers. - Optimize administration procedures. - Draft documents, operating modes and technical procedures for transmission to Level 1 Support. - Participate in the administration, monitoring, maintenance, backup and updating of operating documents. - Implement means and procedures to guarantee system performance and availability. - Design and develop software tools for system administration - Apply security norms and standards - Install and upgrade hardware and software components of IT systems
