I was in charge of teaching a 40 hours remote Google Design Sprint course to master students from ESADE Barcelona We followed the five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. My responsibilities included preparing the course material, defining the weekly structure, and teach the theoretical content and facilitate the Design Sprint exercises. I was also in charge of leading a team of 2 teacher assistants that supported me throughout the course.

- Researched and improved physical and digital user experience in the bank's new concept branches. - Designed the new product offer, including early sketches and wireframes. - Performed a heuristic analysis of the app and design improvements. - Researched and elaborated a new content architecture proposal for the corporate website. - Led the interviews, focus group, and other group research activities. - Researched and improved the digital and physical employee experience.

As service designer, I worked on a different projects. Among them: - Designed a new service for a transportation company, including research, ideation, and conceptualization. - Designed a new product for an airline company from research and customer journey mapping to ideation. - Performed UX research on the future role of energy companies. - Worked on a UX and innovation session for an NGO. - Conducted research for an health company and helped them improve their physical and digital user experience.
