Tilli connects people with skilled artisans to repair, alter, and extend the life of their clothes, at home or through brand partners. As CTO, I built and led all in-house technology from the ground up: website, mobile apps, plugins for high-traffic e-commerce platforms (100,000+ monthly visitors), retail platforms for brand partners, back-office, and a recommendation algorithm matching orders with artisans at scale. Led a team of 8 on a JavaScript stack: React.js, React Native and Node.js. Handled strategy, administrative tasks (CIR/CII tax credits), hiring and acquisition (SEO/SEA/ASO). Impact & scale • 270,000+ repairs & alterations delivered • 7,500+ artisans & workshops onboarded • 1,200+ tons of CO₂ avoided 4,3M€ raised with 2050 funds and Member of Réseau Entreprendre Paris Acquired by Reekom (December 2025)

Worked on cross-platform mobile application development in an agency environment, contributing to client projects using Cordova and Ionic. This role strengthened my execution speed on mobile products, my ability to work within technical constraints of hybrid stacks, and my understanding of shipping usable applications across platforms. Also operated in an agile delivery setup with Scrum, which gave me early exposure to iterative product development, collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and structured project execution. This experience is an important foundation in the profile because it directly connects to the mobile expertise later visible at Tilli, where mobile became part of a much broader product and platform scope.
