Senza formations est un organisme de formation qui propose des parcours dans divers domaines allant du marketing au développement web en passant par la communication. Senza formations avait avant mon arrivé un CRM interne permettant de gérer l'ensemble des dossiers apprenants mais il manquait beaucoup de fonctionnalité pour répondre au besoin métier. Il fallait également faire des mises à jour techniques ainsi que des optimisations au niveau sécurité et vitesse. Depuis plus d'un an j'améliore cet outil interne. Pavillon Prévoyance, mutualiste depuis 1921, offre des solutions de prévoyance adaptées aux besoins de chaque membre de la famille, avec un accès aux soins pour tous. Leur plateforme de devis, utilisée chaque jour par des centaines d'utilisateurs, intègre la signature électronique Yousign pour simplifier et sécuriser le processus. J'ai été missionné pour effectuer la mise à niveau de l'API Yousign sur cette application legacy en PHP 7, afin de garantir une meilleure performance et sécurité de l'outil utilisé par les utilisateurs pour la signature de leurs devis. Dans le cadre de cette mission, j'ai contribué à : L'intégration et la mise à jour de l'API Yousign, tout en respectant les contraintes d'une application legacy. La mise à niveau des appels API existants pour garantir une meilleure sécurité et performance. La gestion des tests pour assurer la bonne intégration de l'API avec l'application. La correction des éventuels problèmes de compatibilité PHP 7 et l'optimisation des processus existants.

Wishibam est l'un des leaders dans le marché des plateformes omnicanales retail. L'objectif de ce SaaS est d'aider les outlets, centres commerciaux, retailers et collectivités locales lorsqu’il s’agit de digitaliser leurs activités B2C ou B2B. J'ai participé au développement d'un de leurs outils, Stock easy un SaaS qui utilise l'IA pour numériser efficacement les produits et les diffuser massivement. EDN.fr is the French leader in medical student training for the 6th-year exam. The offered service allows students to have a revision platform for their exam preparation. Founded over 10 years ago, more than 200,000 students now have an account on the platform. The company is also established in Spain and Italy. I joined the back-end team in 2022 to develop the API for version 2 of the application. The old version, being over 10 years old, was becoming difficult to maintain due to its aging code. This was a colossal project that on average involved 5 full-time developers. During my mission, I had to understand the relatively complex business logic of the project, while taking into account performance issues related to the significant amount of simultaneous users. The APEX Education Group is a leader in language travel programs for children since 1994. Their goal: "To prepare ambitious young people for their studies and professional futures." Thanks to its various subsidiaries, the company supports hundreds of children each year in their trips abroad. APEX Education sends several hundred children on language trips annually with a team of over 50 people at their service. I joined the development team to ensure the CRM's evolution for managing all the files and to improve the sales funnel of the showcase website. The company is a leader in its sector and has helped hundreds of people over the last 10 years. Rental Investment has supported hundreds of clients in their investment journey each year, with a turnover of more than €500,000 in 2022. I joined the development team to contribute to the evolution of the company's internal CRM. During my 10-month mission, I had the opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the application. One of the most significant was reducing the loading time of certain KPI pages by four or five times. Home Hunter is a company that assists individuals and professionals in purchasing properties. Its goal is straightforward: to eliminate the friction points generated by the buying process. The company, with about ten employees, has been supporting its clients since 2020. During this mission, I had the opportunity to design and develop a client CRM specifically for real estate agents. Developed with the Symfony framework in a Docker environment, the application can handle a high traffic load. The goal of this application was to improve the efficiency of the group's real estate agents, so I integrated several features: - SMS sending system to prospects (Twilio). - Online payment solution with Stripe to manage real estate transactions. - Integration of Mailjet for managing the sending of transactional and marketing emails. - Configuration of RabbitMQ to make heavy tasks asynchronous.

France Victimes Nord Franche-Comté, a victim assistance association operating in the departments of Haute-Saône, Territoire de Belfort, and the Pays de Montbéliard in the Doubs department, has a mission to inform and support victims of criminal offenses throughout the judicial process and offers legal and/or psychological help. With an outdated website, the association needed a new site to expand its web presence. I was contacted by the director of the association to assist in this transition. During this short mission, the results were visible quite quickly, with a clear and simplified web presence.
