– Led the product strategy for invoicing and payment acquistion, increasing card acquisition by 150% YoY, from 2 to 5M€ in annual volume, and increasing adoption of invoicing by 11% YoY. – Prepared the launch of a payments product line, benchmarking providers, coordinating across functions, and developing a secure beta. – Defined the strategy and roadmap for a squad of 6 engineers, along with a designer, EM and PMM.

– Launched a new dunning product, reaching 100 customers (200k€ ARR) across France and Germany within 6 months. – Executed fast towards a successful MVP, and adapted processes to a team growing threefold.

– Grossed 5k€ in GMV with 60% retention on a pilot, after interviewing 50+ professionals. – Explored multiple product ideas to support artists, seeking a viable business model.

– Helped the team secure its first two successful pilots and recurring contracts. – Introduced customer discovery to co-construct a new product version with pilot customers. – Setup the product process from scratch and initiatied product culture.

– Lead the complete redesign and expansion of email alerts, a leading customer request. – Helped project managers solve customer friction as we rolled-out to 55 new stores (+40%). – Worked closely with customer support, overhauling the back-office to scale operations.

– Helped secure and grow the company's first recurring contract (300k€ ARR), building from scratch a data and Al pipeline identifying 2000+ product listings monthly. – Reviewed needs with customers and coordinated developments with a team of 4 engineers. – Actively contributed to business development, writing marketing collateral or pitching at fairs.
