Led backend development of a cloud-native data ingestion and analytics platform focused on explainable matching and partner-facing insights. Built and scaled ingestion and matching pipelines processing ~200k records/day (Microsoft CloudAscent), powering multi-tenant dashboards used by ~2,000 B2B partners. Designed an explainable matching system for imperfect data, with traceable decision flows, fallback strategies (fuzzy matching, secondary sources), and scoring—exposing ~10% data gaps and enabling continuous improvement. Developed a deterministic reporting layer allowing partners and internal teams to diagnose unmatched or inconsistent data without reprocessing or log analysis, accelerating issue resolution and business decisions. Designed OpenSearch indexing and aggregation pipelines, delivering high-performance analytics APIs with filtering, sorting, and cursor-based pagination. Architected event-driven workflows on AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, SQS/EventBridge) to orchestrate ingestion, validation, and enrichment pipelines. Led backend evolution of the AI360 Dashboard, aggregating LLM usage and cost across providers (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot), including token tracking, normalization, and cross-provider analytics. Integrated Microsoft Partner Center APIs to ingest Copilot MAU metrics and expose accurate adoption insights via analytics APIs.
