Examples of mission: - Design & implementation of a software lifecycle framework Mandated to design and implement a brand-new software lifecycle framework. Successfully shifted the assignment from an initial process definition into a comprehensive corporate overhaul. Architected and authored the entire company software policy, detailed operational procedures, and established the software configuration management strategy. Designed the asynchronous governance workflows and tooling requirements to streamline compliance, security, and legal vetting without disrupting engineering velocity. - Application platform migration & modernization on GCP Tasked with modernizing the infrastructure to support scalability, I architected and led the cloud strategy to migrate 4 PHP applications to a new GCP foundation. Cloud architecture: Architected and led the migration strategy for a portfolio of 4 legacy PHP applications to GCP. Designed a modern, highly-available infrastructure leveraging GKE to meet strict resiliency and scalability requirements. Infrastructure as Code: Established a comprehensive IaC framework using Terraform and Terragrunt to fully automate provisioning across 4 distinct environments. CI/CD & Security: Modernized developer workflows by integrating GitLab CI pipelines for application packaging (Docker, Helm), while actively strengthening the overall security posture. Mentorship: Coached engineering teams to ensure seamless upskilling and long-term autonomy on the newly deployed cloud-native stack. Executed the end-to-end migration in less than 3 months. Empowered the engineering teams by delivering a system capable of automatically spinning up on-demand environments on the fly. - Cloud Migration and Infrastructure Modernization on Google Cloud I supported a SaaS retail company in its transition from OVH to GCP. My responsibilities included guiding the team through the migration process by creating a Terraform foundation to build their bootstrap and GCP landing zone. I also developed infrastructure for deploying their various platforms, covering network architecture, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring solutions, and implementing high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) mechanisms. Most of the workload run on Kubernetes. - Application Platform Migration & Modernization on GCP Architected and led the cloud strategy for the migration of a portfolio of 4 critical PHP applications onto Google Cloud Platform. Designed a modern, highly-available target architecture leveraging GKE to meet performance and resiliency requirements. Established a complete Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework using Terraform and Terragrunt to fully automate 4 environments. Integrated the existing GitLab CI pipeline for application packaging (Docker, Helm) and strengthened the security posture through a defense-in-depth approach with Cloudflare and Google Cloud Armor. Coached development teams to ensure their upskilling and autonomy on the new technical stack.

As a DevOps Consultant at Les Filles et Les Garçons de la Tech, I played a pivotal role in optimizing infrastructure and streamlining development workflows. Here are a few missions I have completed: - Audit and Optimization of GCP/GKE Platform I spearheaded the migration of applications to GCP's cutting-edge DevOps platform. My responsibilities included analyzing and implementing enhancements, integrating Terraform via GitLab CI for seamless deployment, and optimizing resource management. I also led the evolution of the GKE platform for production applications, ensuring scalability and reliability. Furthermore, I orchestrated a compelling GitOps demo using ArgoCD and conducted a FinOps study to optimize GCP costs. - Secure Deployment of Hashicorp Vault Cluster on Rancher Infrastructure Directed the secure deployment of a Hashicorp Vault cluster on Rancher infrastructure, employing advanced encryption and authentication mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and credentials. Orchestrated the configuration of auto-unseal capabilities using a transit cluster, enhancing the resilience and reliability of the vault infrastructure. Leveraged the Bank Vault Operator to streamline the management and operation of the cluster, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. - Implementation of DevOps Platform on GCP Anthos On Premise I focused on the build aspect of the DevOps platform slated to host the bank's upcoming applications. Collaborating with our Scrum team in a SAFe train model, I automated the build and deployment processes for applications on a GKE Anthos platform (Gitlab CI + Terraform). Additionally, I orchestrated the automated deployment of Anthos infrastructure along with associated tools such as ArgoCD, Vault, Keycloak, Harbor, Prometheus, among others.

I contributed to shaping CNES's software factory offering, enabling teams to leverage the latest advancements in software development and CI/CD practices. I spearheaded the development and maintenance of software aimed at enhancing software development environments. Notable projects include i-Code, CNES Report, SonarQube plugins, and Dockerized integrated environments, all available on GitHub. Actively working in building complete software factory/DevOps toolchains for ground and on-board space software. I work on most of space programs led or supported by CNES.
