First Part: answers to proposals (invitations to tender) and estimates • Preparation and drafting of technical and commercial offers of industrial proposals for the data-processing and infrastructure aspect • Estimate of infrastructure budget • Estimate of services costs, of material and computer's resources Second Part: projects management • SPOC (Single Point of Contact) of the industrial projects • Leading of transverse department in the installation of facilities as well as their exploitation • Projects assistance to define technical solutions according to the implementation plan and constraints related to client requirements and business software • Coordination of the IT environment implementation over the industrial projects: conceptual and feed, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) including the distant locations (offices, construction sites, yards…) • Control of expenses and IT budgets as defined by projects • Control of planning and ensure the follow-up • Development of the projects IT Plan with the support of IT specialists and according to directives determined by IT Management • Control of expected services levels and report to projects and IT Management • Anticipation and preparation of IT needs for construction sites (network infrastructure, local server infrastructure …) Third Part: Abroad mission • Leading of local team • Leading of transverse teams from Head Office
