Cloud migration program: in charge of "strategic advisory" (≅ enterprise architecture) during cloud transition of 15 (critical) applications into the Cloud. In collaboration with the infrastructure architects, business representatives, dev teams and domain leads, my role was the definition of the target solutions and the implementation roadmap, plus the actual follow-up of the implementation.

Benoit joined this SCRUM-Agile team, in charge of “MonÉ quipe”, an application dedicated to the digitalisation of the ONE. This application drastically reduces the paperwork related to administration of care locations and organisations. After 2 months as ‘scrum architect’, Benoît also became scrum master in charge of this application launched (first wave) in March 2021 with massive adhesion (>80% of the P.O.). The second wave will be launched after Summer holidays.

During my missions at Ethias, I held several roles and responsibilities: • April 2016 - September 2016: Integration architect (as scrum master) for GuideWire ClaimCenter: I managed the team (4 analysts, 5 developers (JAVA-GOSU), 1-2 testers) focusing on the integration of the GUIDEWIRE software for the CLAIM management within Ethias environment, including links with Mainframe kernels, Enterprise Service Bus, DMS-DPS, ODS. • September 2016- October 2016: CROSS INTEGRATION I.T. ARCHITECT: I was supporting all Integration leaders (Scrum of Scrum) for Century program in order to ensure common vision and consistence of the approaches. In charge of the "Swift dot com applications" portfolios, i.e. all the applications on the company web sites. This includes, e-ordering, order traking tool, training registration, billing and shipping application, events registration, UserHandbook and Documentation On Line, ... Beside the maintenance of those applications, I also manage new projects to implement a new Search Engine (and migration from Google solution to Autonomy), to propose high quality translation functionality (from on-the-fly Systran solution to in-house solution), to migrate the content of the website to TeamSite, a new Web Content Management System (WCMS).
