Set up the cloud migration roadmap for the DDS (Digital & Data Services) entity: - Set up steering tools and comitology. - Definition of transformation paths, enablers, schedules and budgets. - Review of migration paths with architects and application owners. - Enablers management/follow-up with concerned services (data, security, iam, infrastructure, etc.)

Follow-up of two ECB (European Central Bank) remediation programs to secure CI/CD chains, including : - the decommissioning of an old binary management tool. - the implementation of a new binary management tool with new security measures and the migration of old platforms (16 platforms and 1,800 applications) to this new platform. - bringing non-central entities (not on the 16 platforms previously mentioned) into compliance with this recommendation. Challenge: - Extremely tight schedule for compliance. - Entire bank impacted. - Strong managerial pressure due to high stakes. - Numerous perimeters with very different technical stacks, maturity and CAPEX.

Staff Manager for an SG team (100 people in France, India and Canada) : - Onboarding : Setup an onboarding process including a welcome booklet, insure the good course for administrative process (before and after arrival). - Staff Management : onboarding, setup of tools to follow the staff. - Financial Steering : prepare and follow annual budget (including workforce + software), update ERP, regular interactions with COO and Financial Analyst team.

Management of two streams of the Cloud Migration Program of Société Générale : - Group Asset : Setup of new CI/CD pipelines for the Group, Adaptation of group's coretechs to the new landing zone, etc. - Cloud Migration Factory : Help applications to migrate to the cloud (CSP and internal one), creation of a self service migration tool, etc. In these two steams, I'm in charge of : - Setup a project organization. - Organize and Animate steering and operational committee. - Prepare and Follow the budget. - Prepare and Follow roadmaps and milestones. - Manage risks and open/blocking points. - Reporting to Program direction.

Objective: Migration/Convergence of a set of JIRA instances/projects to a single converged instance. Challenge: - Almost 3,500 active projects spread over 4 JIRA Server instances to be migrated to a unified JIRA Data Center in a short amount of time. - Among these projects, 1500 do not follow a template (workflow, issue type, customized issue scheme) which complicates their migration and about 500 use qualification plugins (Xray or Zephyr) which imply a particular migration process. Activities : - Set up project committee. - Definition with JIRA teams of the functional migration process. (communication, closure, etc). - KPI for program management. - Workshop to define new agile models/templates with JIRA team, Agile Center and main apps representatives. - Regular communication with JIRA PMs to share information, deadlines, expectations.

Participate in Devoteam Innovative tech iniative to create a committee constitute of young consultants to have discussion around various topics. Objectives of this committee were : - Have a fresh look on CODIR decisions. - Come-up with new ideas regarding various topic (recruitment, business development, employee retention, etc) - Be in charge of continuous amelioration project and raise them to CODIR.

Last year internship in the Delivery service and Pre-Sale service of Devoteam as PMO. My roles were to : - Assist a Service Delivery Manager in the realization of his activities in a Service Center (onboarding, roadmap, committee preparation). - Participate in the internal Quality programs by : - Working on a capitalization website for Delivery and Pre-sales services (process, design and structure). - Creating a welcome booklet for Delivery. - Manage projects for Quality department (work schedule, RACI, Progression, Priorization, etc.).
