Building the tech stack reinventing the transports and logistics of construction and roadwork supply chain. Since 2020, we're building the transport management system for construction projects. My impact has been to architect the multitenant SaaS platform that helped save about 6% of carbon footprint and budget on construction projects, working with the major construction players in Europe (Vinci, Bouygues, NGE, Eiffage, Spie Batignolles…). I lead the product team to create a single SaaS application with multiple specialized frontends: - one application to organise roadworks, - two others to organise booking and dispatch, and - an app for the drivers to communicate with them. We've setup a design system, and quickly prototyped and tested designs using Figma, implemented them in ReactJS/RN+Expo to iterate fast. On the backend we've used Elixir+Phoenix+Absynthe to overlay the DB, implement business rules and expose a GraphQL API. We used Clever-Cloud as a PaaS, and gitlab to manage our deployments for CI/CD and review apps. From 2017 to 2020, before pivoting, we built a marketplace for truck drivers to receive deliveries from customers that needed a lift to move big purchases from Ikea, Leroy Merlin, Electro Dépôt, Conforama… back home. The idea was to enable customers to get within the hour a truck big enough to handle the delivery of what would not fit in the car's trunk. My impact has been to build a marketplace that could manage 100k deliveries over 3 years, made with 400 drivers, covering more than 40% of France's territory. We built an application in Ruby-on-Rails, using ruby-graphql to expose an API to our ReactJS frontends, and we used React Native to build the mobile app.

What The Flower was a unique concept: a plantshop containing a hairsalon with plant based products. We've been leader on the market for the whole time, setting the pace, the trends on plants. I've been CFO and ops for the project, and I built the whole online shop operation.
