I was Hired to identify and resolve issues faced by boutique owners when registering products on the Trouva SaaS platform. • Designed the sitemap to enhance platform structure and user flow. • Conducted surveys with boutique owners to gather insights on pain points. • Analyzed heatmaps to understand user behavior and interactions. • Redesigned the website, starting with the MVP version and evolving it into the V1.
