Senior Business Consultant supporting all areas of the Bank’s business in Asia Pacific and Globally engaging on Business and Operating Model Transformation type of work. Engaged predominantly with Global Operations, Retail and Commercial Banking on their strategic agenda, leading the initiation of their high-visibility Programmes (from idea to execution). Special focus over the last 2 years on accelerating Innovation (onboarding and delivery) across the organisation, engaging with Fintechs and building Proof of Concepts or Live experiments with them, defining fast track processes and exception routes to reduce Time to Value.
