Led the ViaMichelin design pivot — from a pure navigation tool to a more editorial, “slow travel” discovery experience focused on places and local curation. Had to navigate quite a few constraints along the way (legacy tech, ads model, business expectations), while still pushing for a meaningful product shift. Ran user research and workshops with product teams to explore and validate new directions, often through quick prototyping and iterations. Managed a small team (3 designers) and worked closely with leadership (CEO, PM) to keep design aligned with an evolving roadmap. Built a multi-platform Design System from scratch (200+ components), used across teams to bring more consistency and speed on the product side.

Engineered the "0 to 1" architecture of the Digster CMS for global content curation, replacing legacy systems with a scalable architecture built for international growth . Produced comprehensive functional specs and wireframes for complex multi-territory rights management, solving hundreds of operational edge cases and legal constraints. Designed AI-augmented workflows for content discovery and playlist maintenance to maximize power-user efficiency through intelligent process automation.

Optimized 4 mission-critical back-office platforms for Sales Preparation, focusing on high-efficiency workflows for internal power users and complex information architecture. Collaborated with data scientists to ship strategic features, translating data-heavy logic into intuitive interfaces for high-stakes operational decision-making. Spearheaded the transition from Sketch to Figma, refactoring a scalable Design Library and authoring UX guidelines to ensure consistency and eliminate design debt across the organization.

Part of the product team, working on the consumer app experience and the back office revamp Spent a lot of time understanding user behavior — mixing interviews, product data and usage patterns — to continuously improve the app and support new features from the roadmap, without adding unnecessary complexity. Led the revamp of our core back office interface, bringing together all data related to bookings, customers and fleet operations into a single tool. Worked on complex permission systems and workflows, with strong business logic embedded in almost every action.

Worked on experience design across multiple client projects. Built design systems and collaborated closely with devs and motion designers. Designed and tested user flows through interactive prototypes. Clients included Allen & Overy, ArcelorMittal, Superdrug, Northumbrian Water
