Prepare and execute the cutover for the integration of application (MS BC, MS CRM) components and their interfaces on the ECA IS domain, including data initializations and migrations for 26 programs with 130 interfaces, follow these steps: • Ensure all necessary documentation is drafted, including cutover plans, deployment procedures, rollback plans, and communication plans. • Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the cutover process, including application owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and business users. • Conduct thorough integration testing to verify that application components and interfaces function correctly in the ECA IS domain • Perform mock data migrations to identify any potential issues and refine the migration plan accordingly. • Conduct pre-deployment and deployment checks to ensure the environment is stable and ready for cutover. • Establish quality assurance checkpoints throughout the cutover process • Provide support and assistance to users and stakeholders following the cutover
