I founded WLEAD to address a critical gap: the absence of dedicated, high-quality leadership spaces for women executives in tech. WLEAD brings together women CTOs, CISOs, engineering leaders, founders, and senior operators to build connections, share strategic insights, and support each other’s leadership journeys.
