Working in the capacity of a Program Manager and Project Manager. Implementation of Zwayam Hire Product, for our Clients from all segments. Track project on Jira as well as in Excel and conduct Governance call with the clients. Conduct PMO Review weekly for the projects across the organization to check the health and progress of the project. Implementing a process for all segments(ITeS, Non-ITeS) clients, for better project tracking and product implementation for the clients. Provide UAT Sign-off for the project Go-Live.

Handling the following Projects - Accounts V2, GTS, Loan application. - Attend grooming calls with stakeholders and client, gather the business requirement and prioritize product and client requirements. - Created User stories and use Cases and Process Flow diagrams. - Collaborates with development team members to trace the progress. - Provide in depth KT’s to Test Lead on requirements for project - Lead meetings to discuss business requirements, as well as progress by Development and QA teams - Identify cross-team dependencies and troubleshoot issues related to the project. - Preparing SRS, Technical documents , Validation Documents and the WBS (Work breakdown structure). - Coordinate across teams to create plans with the objective to ensure timely completion of deliverables. - Document business requirements, schematics for business logic/technical flows as well as detailed delivery plans. - Attending DSM (Daily stand-up meetings) for all the projects and to keep track of progress of projects. - Create detailed release notes prior to each release and ensure all stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes. - Work across teams to assist/ perform with UAT activities, obtain user sign-off.
