Architected/Designed the Tusla Unified System Framework(TUSF): An advanced extension of the ABP Framework, introducing a unified backend and frontend foundation powering both Tusla Case Management (TCM) and Tusla Portal, ensuring shared business logic, domain entities, and consistent user experience. Designed and implemented a multi-application Angular Monorepo with two apps (tcm & tusla-portal) and shared libraries (tusla-shared-forms, tusla-essentials), dramatically improving code reuse, modularity, and upgrade velocity across both platforms. Refined the ABP-based backend architecture by adding an additional TUSA Framework layer that abstracts shared application services, domain managers, and cross-cutting concerns, enabling clean separation of concerns and seamless scalability for future Tusla systems. Led domain-driven design (DDD) adoption, defining clear entity boundaries, repository contracts, and CQRS command/query patterns across shared modules improving maintainability and reducing cross-team friction. Delivered measurable impact by standardizing APIs, aligning database schemas (Portal and TCM), and integrating Azure services (Functions, ADF, Blob, SharePoint) to ensure high reliability, secure data exchange, and faster release cycles.
