As a Solution Lead for SGABS, I created custom Successfactors solution for the EC, ONB, and P&G modules for 12 African countries. And my work includes the following: Run workshops to understand client needs and design solutions. Create detailed design documents "Workbook" matching client expectations. Set up solutions across different environments (DEV, T1, PROD) for the various countries. Prepare for user acceptance testing to ensure everything works perfectly. Lead data migration and go-live transitions, including user training and support. Lead project committees for teamwork and strategic alignment. Provide project reports and closely monitor progress. My Approach: Combining technical skills with a focus on users to deliver such successful solutions that is helping HR and users alike today. Ensuring smooth transition to the new system, accuracy of data, and relaiable support aftergoing Live.

Hired on an early stage of Colas Group global HRIS project as the lead consultant for Employee Central & Onboarding to implement and manage a successful SuccessFactors project. Led end-to-end Employee Central projects, including design workshops, implementation in two pre-production environments, UAT preparation, and live deployment. Served as the implementation owner for the Onboarding (ONB) module. Maintenance of modules ONB & EC Trained, assigned tasks, and supervised junior consultants.

Led the Fusion project (CEVA with CMA-CGM) TESTING, including planning tests, meeting regional leads, and defining testing strategies for CMA CGM group HRIS projects. Directed test operations by assembling tester teams with regional leads, creating test scripts based on requirements, and delivering test strategy and plans. Conducted rigorous pre-UAT testing for Employee Central and recruitment modules. Managed daily testing operations, including follow-ups and providing assistance. Reported testing progress directly to the HRIS VP at CMA CGM.

Lead Consultant: Managed 3 end-to-end Employee Central projects for CASTEL Group subsidiaries (MOR, GAB, CIV, DZA, ETH), from gathering business requirements to configuration, testing, and live implementation. Implementation Owner: Oversaw the LMS and P&G modules, ensuring configurations met customer requirements. Design Workshops: Hosted and ran workshops to gather client needs and secured workbook sign-offs. Product Maintenance: Maintained Employee Central, LMS, and P&G modules. Data Migration Lead: Prepared data migration templates and trained customers on how to fill files. UAT Owner: Prepared test books, trained testers, and provided daily follow-up. Training: Delivered training books for end users. Support: Provided N1 and N2 support for integrations and interfaces.

Project Management Assistance: Supported project management, planning, and communication efforts. Client Needs Identification: Assisted in workshops to identify specific needs with end customers. Documentation Follow-ups: Ensured follow-ups on workbooks and specifications. Testing and Quality Assurance: Created testing books and monitored configuration quality.
