- Atoll Project: Participation to support and validation activities. - Technical studies: Qualification of 5G NR coverage in different metropolitan areas in France. - Analysis of drive test measurements data collected by the regulator Arcep: - Investigations and explanations of the different errors observed in the measurement’s paths.

- Handle-resolve support requests/tickets regarding technical issues related to the use of Atoll (5GNR, LTE, UMTS, GSM) worldwide. - Help the customer to define the settings for different coverage types: signal level, quality, throughput. - Assist the customer in its network configuration-definition (improvement of the coverage, quality or throughput) via Carrier Aggregation, MIMO, Beamforming (5GNR). - Proposition of solution, workaround discussed with the dev team, or private build fixing the issue. - Technical support for advanced planification tools such as: ACP, AFP: (refarming GSM), PCI, SC. - Settings and tunings of “Advanced” propagation models: Aster, Crosswave or “Standard”: SPM. - Collaborative work with the Development and Sales teams on customers issues. - Microwave support (Interference analysis, link modelling, link budget...) - NB-IoT support (coverage analysis NRSRP…)

Project: Deployment of GSM-R network in France by Synerail (TDF, Vinci, SFR) - Investigation on radio issues related to GSM-R network (coverage, quality…), Classic Line, High Speed Line. - Proposition of appropriate optimization solutions (network optimization or physical changes based on simulation outputs). - Creation of radio optimization reports submitted to SNCF.

Radio architecture studies for Bouygues Telecom network: Studies of the traffic dynamics and evolution; impact of the LTE800 commercial opening on 3G-4G traffic charge; Impact of 2G traffic / Evolution of the IP architecture on radio interfaces

Project: “Secure Forsk local technical support requested by Saudi Telecom Company (STC) - Handle support requests/tickets regarding technical issues related to the use of Atoll reported by STC Design and Planning teams (export Google Earth, SC allocation plan…) - Resolve or escalate customer technical requests to Support team in France - Work closely with STC teams using Atoll to ensure the integrity and the well-functioning of Atoll platform (add-in updates, database cleaning) - Provide STC teams with Atoll documentation, knowledge, best practices Project: “Calibration of new radio propagation models for the whole Kingdom” - Participation in sites selection step (12 out of 24) - Realization of the frequency scan on the 12 MHz given by STC / Selection of the clearest frequency (Eastern Region: Dammam, Jubail, Khobar, Qatif, Hofuf) - Participation in the collection of field’s measurements data (transmitter,receiver, antenna...installation) Preparation of the atl project (data such as antenna height, power, frequency band,antenna pattern...), import of collected data: first check of the CW files - Calibration reports creation, presentation of the results - Participation with STC team in validation of the delivered 900/1800/2100/2300Mhz tuned models (drive tests check, CW files …) Radio engineering: - Coverage studies for new sites - Providing marketing dpt with coverage maps (accuracy of 3D coverage..) - Application of specific parameters on problematic sites (antenna pattern, radio propagation model…), optimization - Configuration of specific propagation models (micro antennas) - Creation of sector traffic maps guidline
