Key responsibilities: • Conducted classification analysis of sensitive goods and technologies in line with applicable regulatory frameworks. • Assessed export authorization requirements and ensured regulatory coverage of existing licenses. • Reviewed documentation compliance and validated the release of orders and shipments in SAP. • Monitored and updated export statuses in management systems (releases, restrictions, license depreciation when required). • Maintained and regularly updated export logs and traceability files for internal control and audit purposes. • Actively contributed to the security of sensitive flows within the international supply chain.

• Organized and coordinated AOG shipments (import & export) for critical spare parts. • Provided advisory support on transport, logistics, and customs solutions to internal stakeholders. • Oversaw the release of shipments from logistics, including handover to carriers and issuance of required documentation. • Anticipated and addressed customs and export control issues to minimize delays. • Maintained strong relationships with service providers, customers, internal teams, customs, and logistics departments.
