As a member of the Cargill Business Services (CBS) leadership team, take direct accountability for translating business strategies and challenges into human capital strategies, plans, HR actions across nine global strategic locations at Bangalore and Gurgeon (India), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil), Nanjing (China), Sofia (Bulgaria), Rosario (Argentina), Gurugram (India), Krasnodar (Russia), Witchita (USA) employing over 8.500 talented knowledge workers. Ensure close connection between talent management in CBS and the global functional groups (Finance, IT, Transportation & Logistics, Procurement and HR) within Cargill.

Leading change in different functional areas (Procurement, IT, HR, Finance) towards an integrated operating company. Redefining workforce strategy for the functions in light of increased usage of shared services, 3rd party providers and specialization. The transformations impact the work of over 2000 employees across over 30 countries in EMEA.

Accountable for translating a new operating model into a global organizational design for the HR Function. The new operating model leverages more shared services and strives towards increased specialization, supporting the more integrated business model of Cargill. Ensured the operating model serves both the regional geographical challenges as well as the global business lines of Cargill and is flexible to support future growth. Lead the planning and implementation of the new model in Europe.

- HR Business partner for IT leaders in key global business groups in Cargill (Animal Nutrition, Meat Solutions, global functions) - Global Talent Manager for the IT function, working with the CIO and his leadership team to ensure talent management delivers on succession, engagement, development and diversity. - Lead the implementation of the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) capability. This included a redesign of the IT teams who support all businesses across Cargill as well as building key account capabilities with the global BRM population. - Supported the outsourcing of Infrastructure services to Tata Consulting Services (TCS) in key business groups

- Accountable for delivering the strategic workforce plan for the different functional areas within EMEA (35+ countries) - Lead talent management process for key positions across EMEA - Driving an entry level program for management trainees as part of the workforce strategy to build an internal talent pipeline-
