Carbon offsets projects & CBAM (Verra, Gold Standard, CORSIA, etc.) REDD+ / Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation (ARR) / Improved Forest Management (IFM) projects with coffee and cacao producers, non-timber forest product producers, indigenous communities, and other local actors. - Manage the identification, design, and development of carbon forestry projects in Peru, ensuring timely execution, budget compliance, and implementation progress. - Lead strategies, objectives, and work plans to grow operations, manage investor and local partner relations, engage with authorities, and promote impactful alliances and carbon offsets. - Head the legal team on all aspects of forestry carbon projects in Peru, including Due Diligence systems, contracts, ERPA negotiations, validations, verifications, audits, and legal procedures. - Oversee legal research and advice on EUDR, land tenure, permits, and other legal matters related to sustainable forest management, biodiversity protection, and forest governance. - Support the social team in developing and implementing participatory consultation methodologies for IPLCs. - Deliver training and capacity-building workshops on forestry and carbon markets to coffee and cacao producers, NTFP producers, indigenous communities, and public/private entities. - Draft service proposals, grant applications, agreements, and contracts related to carbon markets.

- Member of the legal team who drafted the Regulation of the Framework Law on Climate Change of Peru and its explanatory memorandum, as well as contributed to the implementation of the participatory consultation process, including prior consultation with Indigenous Peoples (IPLCs). - Provided legal support in the design, drafting, and implementation of the Indigenous Peoples' Platform for Climate Change. - Assisted in the drafting of technical guidelines for the implementation of the Climate Change Regulation. Employment contracts were signed with different International Organizations and NGOs such as ONU-REDD (FAO/PNUD), IISD, FIIAPP and DAR.

- Planning and elaboration of the objectives, strategy and terms of reference for projects under the program's thematic axis "Biodiversity Protection". - Coordination of participatory processes for the elaboration of objectives, strategy and terms of reference for projects of the thematic axis "Biodiversity Protection". - Evaluation and supervision of projects of the thematic axis "Biodiversity Protection", mainly in natural protected areas.
