Project: Payroll integration and project management for 3 customers (10 companies, 14 establishments) in various CCN (Travaux Publics, HCR, Syntec, ECLAT, etc.). Roles and responsibilities : - Project Management: Preparation of project schedules, support from A to Z, from contract signature to go-live. - Initial Communication: First contact after sales signature, presentation as referent consultant, and preparation for kick-off meeting. - Analysis and Specification: Detailed analysis of existing customer payroll processes, drafting of detailed specifications covering a wide range of subjects (gross elements, absences, accounting interfaces, etc.). - Advanced configuration on Silae: Complete configuration of payroll files, including bonus profiles, calculation functions, office templates, company and employee files, historical editions, office templates, organizations, analytical axes, EDOC, accounting links, agreements, transfer files, etc. - Transfer of employee and counter information via consolidated data imports and implementation of historical control editions. - Tests and Validation: Conduct representative tests, reproduce pay slips, analyze discrepancies, and prepare the base for production. - Support and Consulting: Provision of legal and contractual advice, DSN consistency checks, and ongoing assistance. - Multi-project management: Simultaneous coordination of several migration projects, ensuring rigorous monitoring and effective communication. - Documentation and Monitoring: Production of monitoring documents and weekly reports. - Go-live: Final checks and opening of customer access, ensuring a smooth transition to Silae.
