As Product Owner for the Renault-Nissan Alliance’s global Service Desk transformation, I led the end-to-end deployment of a new ITSM platform based on ServiceNow, driving alignment between business, IT, and country-specific stakeholders. I established and governed an Agile delivery framework across multiple countries, ensuring coordinated rollouts, stakeholder engagement, and consistent execution. I developed and maintained a product roadmap spanning the full lifecycle, from initial scope definition to post-deployment support. Working closely with cross-functional teams, I captured and prioritized business needs, mapping them to relevant ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, HAM). I defined KPIs and interactive dashboards to track adoption and operational performance. I authored user stories, led backlog grooming and sprint planning, and validated custom developments with key users. To ensure seamless onboarding, I delivered multilingual training sessions, managed UAT cycles, and implemented long-term functional support structures. I also prepared RACI matrices and operational playbooks to facilitate internal transitions. My role included chairing steering committees with senior international leadership, securing buy-in, and aligning global teams around key deliverables and adoption targets.

At Peugeot PSA, I supported the strategic overhaul of the V4 vehicle logistics application, contributing to improved process performance and enhanced user experience across transport and distribution workflows. I worked closely with operational teams to capture business requirements and transformed them into structured functional specifications. I designed detailed wireframes and mockups, ensuring UX principles were integrated into application design. I also coordinated the preparation of testing campaigns with QA teams, executed functional and regression tests, and managed anomalies through resolution and documentation. My responsibilities extended to the validation and acceptance phase, during which I integrated user feedback and delivered documentation to ensure effective change adoption.

At Fenwick Linde, I contributed to the digital transformation of fleet management systems for forklift operations across Europe. My focus was on improving operational visibility, real-time tracking, and client services through enhanced digital tools. I conducted functional workshops with international users to capture diverse operational requirements and translate them into clear, structured functional specifications in English. I modeled business processes and developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to align technical solutions with end-user expectations. I also led vendor selection processes through RFPs, evaluated proposals, and managed the coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside QA teams. In addition, I oversaw change management and supported end-user onboarding to ensure successful adoption of the new solution. My role bridged communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure delivery consistency and user satisfaction.

As Project Coordinator, I facilitated the international deployment of a project management tool across Renault subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, and South America. I managed the end-to-end coordination of rollout activities, including the collection of multilingual training requirements and the development of localized user manuals to support knowledge transfer across cultures. I organized deployment schedules, aligned project milestones with regional engineering needs, and maintained the central project database to ensure data integrity and traceability. Acting as the key interface between HR, IT, and local technical teams, I supported the smooth integration of the new tool into existing workflows. I also collected post-deployment feedback, analyzed improvement opportunities, and proposed functional enhancements to improve user experience and tool performance.
