Provide consultancy on hourly or weekly basis for businesses wishing to be in line with global CSR standards, ESG regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, MIFID, NFDR, etc.), EU and French regulatory requirements over extra-financial reporting, as well to develop ESG strategies, methodologies and KPIs. 2020 - 2021 (5 months: ESG Business Analysis, Regulatory Reporting, SFDR, Shareholder Engagement). ASSET MANAGER. Assist in refining ESG methodologies and products by analysing legal texts (sustainability risks, PAI) to seek to be aligned with SFDR Level 1. Review ESG data and regulation to define with metiers (Finance, Risk, Legal, Sales, Product, Marketing, Reporting, IT, etc.) how the data had to be implemented in data systems. Liaise with metiers and IT to make sure that technical implementation meet business needs. Conduct ESG analysis to supplement data to support the voting and engagement activities (dialogue process, criteria to select issuers from ESG risk views, indicators based on both French legal and international sources).

ASSET MANAGER, FRANCE Facing difficulties to recruit a Global Head of ESG Research, a former client asked me to take this role in an interim manner to help the Executive Committee transform the sustainable investment activities. Integrate evolutionary ESG stakes and regulatory trends. Formalize a new roadmap for the SRI policy and report to Executive Management. Redefine the whole internal SRI processes and supervise the ESG unit to adopt methodologies reconciling emerging ESG reporting views from regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.), financial product features and the new roadmap.
