• Develop the Indoor Mobile Coverage and Private Networks offerings of T&T Consulting. • Lead and train the sales team on Indoor Mobile Coverage and Private Networks offerings. • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales teams and attend client meetings. • Lead meetings with Private Mobile Network and Indoor Mobile solution providers to ensure T&T Consulting clients receive the best advice. • Stay updated on the market of indoor radio design tools and solutions (iBwave, Ranplan, Hamina Wireless). • Provide in-house training for radio engineers on best practices for indoor radio design (DAS, BTS Hotel, SmallCell, etc.) according to the needed technologies and deplyoment scenarios. • Participate in industry events and trade shows (Agurre, Industrial 5G, RadioCom, etc.).

• Define the most practical RF design rules and methods for various IBS projects and ensure radio framing and use of referenced equipment in the passive DAS catalog. • Providing Level 2 Support to RF Design and Planning Engineers (+25 members) on using iBwave Design tool, setting the design rules, and defining the most cost-effective RF design methods. • Acting as iBwave solutions Referent and the main point of contact including the reporting of new feature requests and ensuring the follow-up on the Product Roadmap • Scheduling and animating training sessions on iBwave Design tools for different teams (Pre-sales, Engineering, Deployment, Metro) and preparing them for Certification Exams. • Leading the discussions, trials, and technical assessments of new In-Building Network Design software solutions before official procurements. • Leading the discussions, trials, technical evaluations, and validation of new hardware solutions from various OEMs (ANDREW, Broadradio, Ericsson, Nokia, RFS.. etc) • Contributing to the discussions (at Orange Group Level) about strategic technologies to adopt such 5G SA • Providing pre-sales technical support and contributing to answering tenders for stadium projects supervision and maintenance.

• Support technical pre-sales activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP, PoC & Trials) with potential customers in EMEA & APAC. • Support technical post-sales activities of Ranplan Wireless suite of solutions (Ranplan Professional, Ranplan In-Building, Ranplan Tablet, Ranplan Collaboration Hub) in EMEA & APAC. • Answer technical questions submitted by customers through the support platform (SalesForce & HelpDesk and HubSpot). • Analyse and categorize support tickets submitted by customers based on the problem type and priority. • Collaborate with R&D ( 2nd & 3rd level support) teams to understand customer requirements and ensure needs are met. • Provide support to Ranplan partners across the EMEA region. • Participate in testing Ranplan new SW versions, from an end-user perspective, before the official release. • Animate new software release introduction sessions for Ranplan strategic clients. • Contribute to training course preparation and update upon each new Ranplan software release (03 levels certification program). • Perform online training sessions (virtual classroom & in person) for Ranplan new customers.

• Responsible for RF design and dimensioning of new multi-RAT coverage sites for different clusters. • Making field sites' survey and redesign for replacement sites, drafting the suitable candidates to confirm site selection. • Perform coverage and capacity predictions using Atoll planning tool. • Recommend site configuration based on coverage & QoS needs. • Perform In-Building design (DAS/ Small Cell solutions) for High-Density Public Venues using iBwave Design tool. • Provide technical support to the Management team within Trials, RFI, RFQ, and PoC performed by the company. • Daily and weekly follow-up of more than 650 radio sites, Multi-Vendor (Huawei, ZTE, and NOKIA) under my responsibility. • Customer complaints treatment by field investigation, analyzing and proposing the appropriate actions to improve both coverage and QoS. • Collaborate with Optimization and Network Traffic teams to enhance network performance and improve customer experience. • Validate 2G/3G/4G SSV and Clusters coverage reports performed by vendors during pre-commercial launch. • Prepare field task plans (Work Orders) for technicians and subcontractor teams and ensure their good executions.

After six (06) months performing Drive Test in two different projects (with different tools), I have been leading (for another 06 months) both Drive Test and Post Processing teams. • Managing DT teams to perform SSV and Cluster verification and support them remotely to ensure good quality of work. • Collecting and analyzing log files provided by Drive Test teams, Generating SSV Reports for each 2G/3G/4G site with the required KPIs & thresholds (Initial Tunning, New Site, Before/After Swap and Benchmarking Reports) • Recommend the best Radio actions to enhance both coverage and QoS (Antenna height, Azimuth, Tilt, Power tuning ..etc) • Preparing weekly and monthly follow up reports to evaluate each DT team workflow. • Preparing and presenting team workflow reports and project progress during weekly and monthly meetings with the Operations Manager and General Director. • Prepare and animate training sessions for the newly hired DT & PP Engineers. • Represent the company in meetings with customers (OEMs, MNOs) and occasional events related to the services provided by the company.

RF Planning : WCDMA Radio Network Planning - Coverage Dimensioning (Calculate the UMTS link budget for DL & UP ) - Site selection and Network analysis. - Make coverage (CPICH RSCP), QoS (CPICH Ec/No) and Throughput predictions using ATOLL. - Verification of coverage and QoS after installing the network ( Making drive test, TEMS investigation, Map info) Radio Optimization: - Follow the Radio optimization process of the operator Djezzy. - Analysis of Drive Test logfiles using Actix Analyser to solve problems of Coverage and Quality of Signal ( change HBA, Tilt and Azimuth). - Overview on the analysis of KPIs for the daily monitoring of network performance.
