– Led the implementation of the "Smart ATM - Gestion des anomalies hardware" project, focusing on hardware anomaly management and supervision for the entire ATM park (Jan 2026-...). – Managed the "Projet BTK - Banque Tuniso-Koweitienne," including the setup and configuration of multifunction ATM LAB environments, installation of ATMs (withdrawal, exchange, cash/check deposit), development of a real-time monitoring module, and maintenance contract setup (Jan-Dec 2025). – Developed and deployed the "SmartPlus - Menu superviseur & arrêté GAB" for ATM administration and automated end-of-day procedures, integrating with existing ATM services for information retrieval across agency ATMs (Jan-Dec 2024). – Deployed and analyzed electronic journal data for multivendor ATMs (Diebold Nixdorf, NCR) for Wifak Bank, reconciling transactions with SmartVista (S2M) and automating data retrieval and extraction for "EJExplorer" project (Jan-Dec 2023). – Acted as "Chef de projet - Solutions monétiques" for Attijari Bank Tunisie, piloting technical projects for ATM/DAB fleet, negotiating maintenance contracts, and supervising preventive/corrective maintenance (Jan-Dec 2022). – Configured and deployed NCR Aloha POS system across 15 KFC restaurants, including POS terminals and peripherals, and developed internal modules for stock management and product tracking (Jan-Dec 2021). – Established a test environment for cash deposit ATMs and monitoring tools for transaction tracking for "Monitoring dépôt d'espèces - Banque Zitouna (LABO)" (Oct-Dec 2020). – Implemented "Mandat Cash - Projet Covid" enabling cardless withdrawals from ATMs and managing withdrawal code generation/validation and integration with central banking systems (Mai-Dec 2020). – Integrated and developed "Module SPS - Sécurité & détection de fraudes" to reinforce ATM security, including fraud detection services and automatic email notifications (Jan-Apr 2020). – Implemented and calibrated "Reconnaissance billets tunisiens (HBV)" modules for NCR and NCR Cyprus (Oct-Dec 2019). – Managed and supervised the GAB fleet for BIAT, including web interface development for real-time monitoring of exchange operations and automated daily rate distribution (Juil-Sep 2019). – Developed and configured multivendor GAB exchange module for Wifak International Bank, ensuring daily rate updates and integration with central systems (Avr-Juin 2019). – Designed and developed a web application for DAB fleet management for Banque de Tunisie (BT), including remote restart and status monitoring features (Jan-Mar 2019). – Developed a GAB exchange agent for Banque de Tunisie et des Emirats (BTE) for Jasmin Clinic, managing real-time transaction reporting via SOAP API (Nov-Dec 2018). – Developed an agent for Arab Banking Corporation (ABC) to manage GAB exchange and check deposits, ensuring real-time collection and transmission of transactions to central servers (Août-Oct 2018). – Participated in "Initiation DAB/ATM - LABO NCR", learning about banking architectures and self-service systems (Avr-Juil 2018). – Completed "Intégration & formation" at NCR Corporation, including internal training and certification preparation (Jan-Mar 2018).
