- Reorganized and digitized accounting processes: digitized financial operations and reduced the quarterly-to-monthly closing timeframe. - Weekly financial reporting to the U.S. headquarters in San Francisco, ensuring seamless and effective communication with global management. - International tax compliance: updated Transfer Pricing policies in collaboration with Sony Group's tax services, ensuring compliance with international transfer pricing regulations. - International relations with Japan: restored strategic relationships with over 50 Japanese rights holders. - Strengthened the Financial Department: 7 FTE accountants and FP&A manager. - Restructuring contracts reporting team to efficiently handle the increasing workload, regularization of financial reporting (250 contracts/quarter).

- Overhauled the general ledger: implemented a complete overhaul of the general and analytical accounting systems following a merger (2015), streamlining account management and facilitating performance tracking. - Advanced management tools: developed and implemented dashboards and management tools tailored to five key business activities (publishing, e-commerce, licensing, production, distribution), enabling informed decision-making. - Budgeting and profitability analysis: prepared departmental budgets in close collaboration with directors, analyzed the profitability of investments by business line, and modeled risks associated with new licenses. - Strategic Joint Venture: negotiated and established a strategic joint venture with Média Participations, leading to the development of a video streaming startup that became a market leader in France, with revenue growth from €3M to €7M.

AUDIT MISSION (05/2013 – 04/2014) Conducted a comprehensive functional and financial audit of five companies owned by Viz Media Europe, covering key sectors such as publishing, e-commerce, licensing, production, and DVD distribution. Synthesized functions and competencies through management interviews, analyzed available data, and rationalized accounting plans to harmonize the management of the various subsidiaries.

Optimized cash flow, managed debt, and improved margins (+50%). Created and monitored budgets, financial reporting, and gross margin tracking by activity. Managed human resources: growth of the team from 20 to 50 employees, implemented a profit-sharing agreement, and restructured employment contracts.

Established the finance department and recruited a team. Managed credit, optimized processes, and secured a credit insurance line of €400K. Legally established a U.S. subsidiary in New York.

Participated in the implementation of LBOs and handled routine legal matters (contracts, dismissals). Conducted accounting and financial audits for SMEs.
