Duties • Maintenance of the equipments that make up the different the old and new Core Voice Networks. (Alcatel E10 and MGC10 public switch, IMS Class 4 network and class 5) • Migration of 60,000 lines (analog lines, T0, T2, TOIP) from our former core VOICE network made up of E10 and MGC10 Softswitches to a new generation IMS network • In charge of routing incoming and outgoing calls traffic, to and from voice Service Providers interconnected to Hubone Network • Maintenance and software upgrade of the various nodes that make up Hubone IMS network (SBC Oracle 4600, Media Gateway Italtel Netmatch-M, KeyMile MSAN Gateway…) • Management of the alarming of the various equipments of the Core Voice networks • Upgrade, configuration, administration, architecture design involving Oracle’s SBC 4600 • VOIP Architecture design of interconnects with other ITSP’S • Design, integration and tests of Microsoft TEAMS (phone system, Direct routing…) • Drafting procedures, operating documentation, validation tests • Faults diagnosis and analysis with monitoring platforms such as Netscout, OCOM (formely known as Palladion), Wireshark. • Analysis and diagnosis of VOIP network threats and frauds (Elastic, Splunk) • validation tests of new equipments or new elements integrated into the core network • 3rd line Technical Support • WDM, SDH, Centrex IP Network Incident Management

Duties • Managing 2nd line and 3rd line incidents related to IP telephony, unified communications and legacy voice (CUCM 9.0,Cisco Unity, Mitel 6.0, MVB 7 to 8, MiCollab server 7.0,NuPoint’s Unified messaging server , Alcatel’s MGC10 and E10 Softswitch , Oracle’s SBC, Alcatel’s OXO and OXE…) • Technical support on LAN equipment deployed at customers sites ( Cisco and One access routers ,Cisco’s Voice Gateways, Cisco and HP switches, Audiocode’s gateways, Mitel’s IP sets, Polycom’s and Mitel’s Conference phones, Mitel’s DECT systems….) • Trace calls analysis( SIP protocol, ISUP, MEGACO…) • Writing of technical procedures • Setting up test labs • Working in collaboration with other technical teams (validation tests with the engineering team, deployments at sites with the deployment team…)

• Supervision of the field engineers to install OneAccess routers (OA 80, 150,200,400), Rad ETH 102, Nortel’s Media Gateway MG3200. • Configuration of OneAccess routers, Swag Alcatel, Nortel’s CS2K and DMS voice switches. • Setup of differents links such as ADSL, SDSL, TDSL, LPT and fiber. • NGN links provisonning on Nortel’s CS2K, TDM links on Nortel’s DMS • Creation of E1 links on Nortel’s PVG and implementation of Nortel’s IEMS toll for the provisioning of CS2K’s gateway controllers. • Routing of the numbers ported and numbers owned by the telecom provider. • Mapping of the numbers requiring an enhanced management of phone calls. • Numbers portability • Second line customer support (Troubleshooting/investigation/ resolution) • Management of networks upgrade requests ( routing changes...)

• Supervision of the field engineers on site to install routers such as Cisco 18XX, 87X, 2811, Cisco Asr, One Access 180, Rad eth-102-202, Pandatel • Configuration of backbone routers such as Redback (SE800, SE400, SE100), Cisco 7206 , and Alcatel Switches (OS6850) et Riverstone RS320 • Remote activation or migration of Adsl, Sdsl, E1 links • Monitoring of activated sites working on VPN MPLS, Internet and Lan-to-Lan networks • Opening/Management of troubleshooting tickets • Second line customer support (Troubleshooting/investigation/ resolution) • Management of networks upgrade requests ( debit rate upgrades, routing changes...)
