Client : Tier-1 CIB (Risk) - Program xVA PMO to a large scale program (≈30K man-days), supporting the IT stream to industrialise the xVA Chain _ from Market Data retrieval, Risk Computation to Valuation Adjustment reporting _ and ensuring alignment with the Risk/Finance Methodology stream.

Client : Tier-1 Private Bank (Wealth Management) - Program IRS 871 (m) Managed the rollout of IRS Section 871(m) across multiple WM entities in Europe and Asia, while introducing a RegTech solution for automated U.S. withholding tax computation and IRS reporting.

• Delivered tax and regulatory frameworks and related data integrations, including FATCA, FTT, as well as regulatory reporting data (Solvency II, AIFMD), in collaboration with Product, Data and IT teams. • Led reference data integration & harmonisation initiatives, including synchronisation with the parent company dataset through Valor Data Feed (VDF) integration, reducing cross-platform discrepancies • Managed French tax data implementations (capital gains, dividends, interest), expanding coverage and improving applicability across products. • Improved data quality and governance, defining decoding rules, controls and reconciliation processes for Securities, Corporate actions and Tax Data. • Led the industrialisation of corporate actions processing (Euroclear, Euronext, SIBE) and improved downstream consistency. • Delivered full project lifecycle management, including scoping, planning, budget and timeline tracking, business analysis, SIT/UAT, go-live, post-production validation, SteerCo / Communication & reporting.

• Designed B2B financial software solutions for financial analysis and multi-asset portfolio management used by institutional clients. • Defined functional product specifications covering analytics, valuation, portfolio views, reporting and user workflows. • Worked on bonds, equities and derivatives, translating financial instruments analysis into usable software features. • Contributed to data and calculation models, underpinning analytics and portfolio management functionalities. • Managed market data feed integration, data processing workflows and internal data management tools. • Acted as a key interface between end-users, product management, consultants and IT teams to ensure usability and functional relevance.
