– Mentoring entry-level designers: – Conducting 1:1 weekly calls; – Giving UX career advice; – Reviewing mentee project submissions; – Providing students with constructive feedback; – Helping students achieve their goals;

– Designed and led the development of logistics products, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and operations. – Conducted user research and analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities, and used insights to inform product design decisions and iterate on prototypes. – Led design reviews and presented concepts to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, from product managers to executives, to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product vision and strategy. – Developed and maintained design systems and guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across all products and services, and worked to continuously improve the design process and tools used by the team.

– Promoting the User-Centered Design mindset and UX culture inside the company; – Creating the Tridonic Design System enabling and supporting a unified user experience across Tridonic portfolio; – Actively be involved throughout the full product life cycle: from ideation, development, to maintenance (user validation); – Working and ensuring consistency of User Experience across products (both physical and digital); – Guarantee alignment between user expectations and business objectives;

– Work closely with product owners, developers and other designers to define the UX and UI for new features and design issues on the Pentaho toll; – Designing new features and improving usability based on users' feedback. On the Services Team, I designed custom dashboards and visualizations. Main roles: – Work closely with customers gathering and defining requirements; – Delivering products aligned with each customer brand and web guidelines; – Articulate and support design choices; – Walkthrough design reviews to ensure the alignment between design improvements and implemented products.

– participating in the design and illustration process for the schoolbooks (both print and digital versions) and the whole visual communications surrounding them and all of their components.

– In partnership with the artistic production of Hard Club, I redesigned and implemented a visual communication strategy on and offline, mostly oriented to the digital world. This redesign improved Hard Club's image on the society and most importantly on their targeted community. It increased the interaction with the institution and the number of people in their concerts and events.

– I was part of the design and prepress team at Etiqembal, a large scale company in the print industry. This path gave me the knowledge to uplift my technical skills, improve my process and implement new working methodologies which were recognized by the company.
