Controlling a highly strategic and fast growing export business (closer to the fashion & luxury environment than to the usual FMCG). Relaunch of the evian Brumisateur (facial spray), cosmetic industry. Set-up of a WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise) in China. Definition and implementation of new business models (transfer pricing and route-to-market). Management of teams in Shanghai and in Singapore. Have successfully managed the changes of prices structures and distributors, improved the sales forecast and the supply-chain efficiency, developed the existing business and launched new products.
