Managing the global sales, marketing, project origination and co-development as well as foreign subsidiaries of this multiple award-winning start-up specialized in the design, engineering, construction, installation and O&M of a patented, highly competitive and extremely high local content floating foundation (the "Damping Pool") for the offshore wind industry. Accelerating the international implementation of the company's proven and proprietary technology through pilot projects and commercial-scale wind farms, hereby demonstrating the economic viability and/or increased profitability of offshore wind projects starting at depths of 30m when using BW IDEOL's industry-changing solution. Teaming up with leading developers and utilities across the globe to co-develop and co-invest in floating offshore wind projects using BW IDEOL's technology. Leading international lobbying efforts to promote floating offshore wind across the globe, aiming at accelerating its implementation into the global renewable energy mix.

Teamed up with the CEO of the european leader in embedded "zero energy consumption" thermal management solutions for the electronics, aeronautical, ground transportation and renewable energy industries. In charge of defining and implementing an aggressive international growth strategy (North America, Europe, Asia) as well as structuring and professionalizing existing international sales, marketing and collaborative efforts with industry-leading international key accounts.

Recruited to start up and manage the international activities of France's largest private player in solar, biogas and geothermal power generation. Set up and managed subsidiaries on several continents, recruited their top management and laid out the Group's international growth strategy. Built an international engineering and project support team in Madrid, led JV efforts in India (40 M€), initiated the first contracts in Africa (160 M€), launched business in the US, etc. Was heavily involved in all aspects of international utility-scale solar project development (project origination and analysis, government relations, structured financing, contract negotiation, engineering & construction, etc.)

Managed the profitable and sustainable growth outside Western Europe of France's leading player in energy efficient HVAC, IAQ & Green Building solutions. Oversaw wholly-owned subsidiaries in the US, China, the UAE, the Indian Ocean and Hungary and developed distribution partnerships on all continents (MEA, LatAm, APac) while maximizing cross-functional cooperation between subsidiaries, newly acquired companies & Group HQ.
