During this role, I manage several projects by ensuring they were delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. I allocate resources, set objectives, and provided feedback on project performance to the appropriate project boards. I schedule daily meetings with project leads and conducted steering committee sessions with the senior management team. I was actively involved in managing two major international projects in collaboration with our foreign partner, Gebr Heinemann. Moreover, I improved the strategy, services, and processes of the SAP PMO whilst offering leadership and coaching to the PMO Team, leading to substantial advancements and enhanced operational efficiency. I ensured that the annual IT project portfolio was directed in alignment with company strategies, overseeing activities such as roadmap creation, planning, selection, and prioritisation to maximise benefits. Additionally, I took charge of reporting on KPIs and financial impacts of both completed and ongoing projects.

In this role, I crafted project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless execution as the project manager for local IT projects. I identified potential risks associated with project delivery, developed mitigation strategies, and implemented proactive measures to reduce disruptions. Additionally, I oversaw the update of local ISO 27001 policies in my role as ISMS Manager. Furthermore, I supported the IT Department in overseeing the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, and conclusion, along with implementing new technologies. Moreover, I effectively completed an external audit to ensure ISO 27001 compliance.

As Senior Project Management Specialist, I contributed to various project activities and phases, such as documentation, analysis, reporting, audits, and co-ordinating meetings. I monitored KPIs and product backlog items on Jira, identifying quick wins and implementing improvement actions. Additionally, I created workflow diagrams to support process improvement initiatives. In the HR Department, I provided agile project management support for implementing organisational change initiatives. I engaged stakeholders in HR using an agile approach aligned with the overarching strategy.

During this tenure, I set up a data archive for students at the English Preparatory School. I assessed student progress by analysing exam outcomes and evaluated results across classes, levels, and individual students for comparison. Moreover, I ensured compliance with data privacy regulations and institutional policies regarding data handling and reporting. I maintained the accuracy and cleanliness of data whilst interpreting results using statistical techniques. I collaborated with management to prioritise business and information requirements and developed workflow diagrams accordingly.

During my time with Bantaş A.Ş, I supervised every phase of the projects, ensuring daily requirements gathering and adherence to PMI and PRINCE2 standards. I prepared weekly assessment reports for all ongoing projects managed by the PMO and conducted thorough research on relevant topics. Moreover, I organised kick-off meetings and monitored KPIs to enhance my area of responsibility. I managed resource allocation for BANTAŞ's projects, delivering high-quality products within specified timelines, scope, and budget constraints. I utilised MS Project for planning, monitoring, and reporting, including charters, end reports, and lessons learned.
