Context The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) at Thales is a multidisciplinary team that acts as a partner to various Business Lines for all public cloud-related projects. Currently, the CCoE offers around ten products. As the sole UX/UI designer, I am responsible for working across multiple products, including Oxygen, Jarvis, Trust, and Synapse. Actions - Led UX projects in collaboration with various stakeholders, including workshops, user interviews, and usability testing - Proposed concrete solutions and designed interfaces based on research findings and business objectives - Conducted audits of existing interfaces to identify user experience issues - Implemented and maintained a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency - Monitored user experience in real time using Datadog, enabling data-driven decision-making - Facilitated Sharing Moment to promote best practices across teams - Created a UX writing guide to support content creation and consistency - Applied emotional design principles to enhance the user’s emotional experience - Reviewed developed interfaces to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications - In addition to the main platforms, I handled the UX/UI design for supporting websites, including the official CCoE site and DIS Cloud Days event website Results - Conducted 120+ user interviews - Users represented over 30 countries worldwide - Supported 4,550+ internal users at Thales - Achieved 0 unlicensed users through optimized user onboarding and license management - Final users work in high-demand sectors such as banking, digital identity, and telecommunications

Context Olivier Anrigo is a nature photographer and explorer based in Nice. With over 10 years of experience in photojournalism and several scientific expeditions to his name, he founded Wildlife Interactions. Through collaborations with ministries and scientists, he raises public awareness of environmental issues through his artistic work. He also sells his artworks and offers photography courses. Context Spirall is an online store offering consultation services for Chinese students studying in the UK. Context Helijia is a Chinese online beauty services app founded in 2014. Initially focused on at-home manicure services, the platform has since expanded to offer a wide range of personal care services such as hairstyling, makeup, facials, and massages.
