Under the supervision of the Director of the Cosmetics Department France, I was responsible for the Cosmetics Application Laboratory France: - Management of the development projects of formulas presented at COSMET'AGORA 2022 and 2023 and In-Cosmetics Global 2022 cosmetic shows - Representation of a reliable expertise of the raw materials from international suppliers distributed by the company - Providing technical support to customers and suppliers leading in the acquisition of new customers and a new supplier - Leading internal and customer training sessions - Management of the budget and the various tasks related to the good running of the laboratory - Management of a trainee

Organization, prioritization and management of various R&D projects in parallel: - Management of the Haute Couture (H.C.) program (customized products), in collaboration with the teams in China and the French sales department - Management of H.C. productions and management of a laboratory technician - Reformulation of a dozen of products from the catalogue according to Chinese standards regulations - Development of internal scientific supports by carrying out bibliographic and scientific internal studies - Market study followed by the testing of an image analysis service based on Artificial Intelligence, in collaboration with an external service provider and the internal IT, BtoC, Marketing and Training departments - Management of the international My Beauty DNA program, enabling the study of genetic skin predispositions, with the teams in the USA and the sales department - Collaboration with the IT and Marketing team in the development of the new internal skin diagnostic software

Data management within L'Oréal Advanced Research Digital Sciences department (at Aulnay-Sous-Bois, France): - Re-use of historical data in order to design and validate databases on the in-vitro evaluation of cosmetic raw materials

Autonomous management of an innovation project for the development of a new skin care range. My work served as a starting point for the further development of the range. Participation in the various projects underway with the R&D project managers. Contributing to the various stages of development of a cosmetic product, from marketing briefing to industrialisation: - Bibliographic research and writing of scientific documents on plantar skin biology - Prospecting for raw materials - Participation in cosmetic trade shows and supplier meetings - Design of formula sheets and formulation protocols - Formulation and reformulation of various galenic products (O/W and W/O emulsions, gels, serums, lotions, foams, etc.) - Evaluation and stability monitoring of formulated tests: organoleptic, pH meter, viscosimeter (Brookfield), centrifuge, corneometer and tewameter - Industrial transposition (3 to 10 kg pilots at Trilab VMI) - Production (GMP standards) of the "Haute Couture" range (customized products)
